How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cover a shallow oven tray in a sheet of foil.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a microwave or over the stove, then add to a small mixing bowl. Whisk in the mustard and dill to combine.

Step 3

Arrange the green beans on the foil lined tray and nestle the salmon fillets in between. Season with the salt and pepper.

Step 4

Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the fish and vegetables.

Step 5

Lay another sheet of foil on top of the salmon and beans and fold the edges over, creating a loose parcel.

Step 6

Transfer to the oven to bake for 15-18 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  • Unsalted Butter – 1 tablespoon
  • Dill Weed, Fresh – 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard – ½ teaspoon
