Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Clean the okra, slice off the tops and tips and discard. Carefully run a sharp knife along the center of each okra lengthwise, taking care not to slice all the way through.
Gently prize each okra open and stuff the center with a generous amount of mozzarella.
Roughly tear each prosciutto slice into three pieces and wrap each stuffed okra tightly in the ham.
Arrange the stuffed okra across a shallow oven tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes until the okra is tender, the cheese has melted and the ham is crisp and golden.
