How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Finely chop the chorizo and add to a mixing bowl with the mozzarella, pepper and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.

Step 3

Take a heaped tablespoon of the cheese and chorizo and place on the lined baking tray. Repeat with the remaining mixture – you should get 10 piles of cheese and chorizo from the mixture.

Step 4

Transfer to the oven to bake for 7-10 minutes until golden and bubbling. Set aside to cool and firm before serving.

Ingredients

  • Chorizo – 1-¾ ounce
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 1-½ cup, grated
  • Garlic Powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
