How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Add the olives to a mixing bowl along with the olive oil, lemon zest and ras el hanout. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl. Mix together well to combine.
Step 3
Arrange the olives across the lined oven tray. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10 minutes until fragrant.
