Step 1

Finely chop the mint. Add the water, sweetener, lime juice, rum, and mint to a blender. Blend at high speed until thoroughly combined.

Step 2

Taste and optionally add more sweetener. Pour the mixture into a popsicle tray. Freeze for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).

Step 3

Serve the popsicles ice cold. Store the leftovers in the freezer. Enjoy!
