Dice the cod and place it into a bowl. Combine the miso paste and soy sauce together. Add the sauce onto the cod and give it a good stir.
Place the fish onto skewers. Place the skewers onto a tinfoil-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven with the broiler on.
Place the fish under the broiler and cook them until nicely browned and cooked through. Serve immediately.
