Preheat an oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange 4 slices of provolone cheese. Place ½ oz avocado on one side of each cheese slice. Sprinkle the salt over the avocado.
Bake the tray for just 5 minutes in the oven. Allow the tray to cool for approx. 2-3 minutes before using a spatula to push the cheese over the avocado into a roll.
Once cool enough to hold, enjoy!
