How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Rinse the trout fillet under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillet with sea salt and black pepper. Place the seasoned trout fillet on the prepared baking tray.

Step 2

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and scatter them around the trout fillet on the baking tray. Add the olives and capers, distributing them evenly. Step 3
