How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Slice the bacon pieces into three and arrange across the lined oven tray. Set aside one tablespoon of the lakanto syrup and brush evenly over the bacon pieces.

Step 3

Transfer to the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes until crisp and golden, then set aside to cool and firm up.

Step 4

Whilst the chips are cooking you can prepare the dip. Add the peanut butter, cream cheese, remaining lakanto, cinnamon, vanilla and salt to a mixing bowl. Beat together to combine.

Step 5

Add the almond milk and beat again until smooth and creamy. Serve with the bacon chips for dipping.

Ingredients

  • Bacon – 4 slice – 6″ long
  • Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto – 3 tablespoon
  • Peanut Butter – 2 tablespoon
  • Cream Cheese Spread – 2 tablespoon
  • Almond Milk, Vanilla Or Other Flavors, Unsweetened – 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ⅛ teaspoon
