Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Add in just a pinch of salt as well. Next, mix the egg, sour cream, cheddar, and melted butter into the bowl to make a wet dough. Scoop the dough into 4 muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray.
Quickly over the stovetop, cook a piece of bacon to crispy. Let the bacon cool for just a minute before chopping into bacon bits. Top off each wet biscuit with bacon bits, ¼ tsp of cheese, and ¼ tsp of chopped green onion. Bake the biscuits for 25 minutes before serving.
