Add the shrimp to a bowl. Add the cumin, paprika, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to combine, coating the shrimp.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet. Pan fry for 3-4 minutes or until hot through.
While the shrimp are cooking, you can prepare the dipping sauce. Add the yogurt, tahini, harissa paste, remaining lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a small bowl. Whisk to combine until smooth. Serve the cooked shrimp with the spicy yogurt dip.
