How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees and spray an oven-safe baking dish with pan spray. In a bowl, use your hands or a spoon to combine the chuck, sirloin, salt, pepper, onion powder, mustard powder, paprika, italian seasoning, egg, and the almond flour.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into four equal parts. Shape each piece into a ball, and press down the centers to form a crevice for the cheese.

Step 3

Spoon 1 ½ TB of the shredded mozzarella into each meatball.

Step 4

Form the meat back over the cheese, and reshape the meatballs. Place them in your baking dish. Drizzle a teaspoon of olive oil over the top of each meatball.

Step 5

Bake the meatballs, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until the meatballs are completely cooked through and the tops have browned and crusted slightly.

Step 6

  • Raw Egg – 1 large
  • Almond Flour – 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 6 tablespoon, shredded
  • Olive Oil – 4 teaspoon
