This zesty and low carb Italian dressing is everything you could want and more from a Keto Italian Dressing. Keto Italian Dressing can be used in several different ways, from dressing up a nicely tossed mixed green

How to Make It

Step 1

Combine all the salad dressing ingredients into a small bowl, measuring cup or jar fitted with a lid. Whisk or shake until well combined. You will know when the dressing is done when it goes from clear to opaque in color. Taste and adjust adding more salt or sweetener to suit your taste.

Step 2

Serve immediately over a nicely tossed salad or store up to two weeks in an airtight container.
