How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Lay down 4 slices of salami on the tray and arrange about 1 ½ TB of cheddar over each slice.

Step 2

Melt the cheese over the salami in your oven for about 3-4 minutes. The edges of the salami should be slightly crisp and turn up. Let the hot salami slices cool for about 1-2 minutes. Then, place a baby dill pickle at the base of each salami slice and roll them up. The hot cheese should act as a glue to hold the salami in a roll.

  • Salami – 4 medium slice – 3 1/8″ diameter x 1/16″ – each 0.4 ounce
  • Cheddar Cheese – 6 tablespoon, shredded
  • Baby Dill Pickles by Milwaukee’s – 4 pickle
