Step 1

Drain the can of green olives and remove the pits if necessary. Dice the feta cheese into small pieces. Combine these two ingredients in a bowl.

Stir in the remaining ingredients with the olives and feta cheese. Store the mix in a mason jar or an airtight tupperware container with all the liquid and seasonings.

Step 3

Refrigerate your tightly sealed container for at least 24 hours and enjoy the next day! The longer you let the olives marinate, the more flavors they’ll develop.
