How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms and arrange in an even layer in an oven proof dish.

Step 3

Finely chop the rosemary, pick the thyme leaves and crush the garlic. Add to a small mixing bowl along with the melted butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Step 4

Drizzle the herb butter evenly over the mushrooms and transfer to the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until tender and golden.

  • Rosemary, Fresh – 2 teaspoon
  • Thyme, Fresh – 2 teaspoon, chopped
  • Breakfast Butter Melted by Country Buffet – 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
