How to Make It
Step 1
Slice the halloumi into two even slices. Add to a dry skillet over a medium/high heat and fry for 2-3 minutes each side until golden brown. Set aside.
Step 2
Add the mayonnaise to a small bowl with the harissa and mix to combine.
Step 3
Smother one slice of cooked halloumi with the spicy mayo.
Step 4
Layer with the roasted bell pepper.
Step 5
Thinly slice the avocado and arrange over the pepper.
Step 6
Top with the remaining halloumi slice to serve.
