How to Make It

Step 1

Add the milk and heavy cream to a saucepan and place over medium-low heat. Heat the mixture until it starts steaming but hasn’t reached a simmer yet. Meanwhile, brew 2 ristretto or espresso shots and add them to a mug.

Step 2

Transfer the milk to a pitcher and froth it using a frothing wand. Pour it over the espresso, discarding the foam. Serve immediately.
