How to Make It
Step 1
Crush the garlic, very finely chop the cucumber, herbs and scallion. Add to a mixing bowl along with the yogurt, lemon juice and zest and crumble in the feta. Season with salt and pepper and stir well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
