How to Make It

Step 1

Peel the eggs and roughly chop them into a mixing bowl. Roughly chop the capers and tear the anchovies into the bowl and add the mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper.

Step 2

Stir well to combine and refrigerate until ready to serve.
