How to Make It
Step 1
Peel and roughly chop the eggs and add to a mixing bowl. Thinly slice the dill pickles and add to the bowl along with the capers, red onion and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix well, coating everything in the dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
