How to Make It

Step 1

Finely dice the tomato, cucumber, avocado and chili and finely slice the dill pickles. Add to a mixing bowl with the fresh herbs, lime juice, olive oil and stir well to combine.

Step 2

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Dill Pickles – 4 small – approx 2″ long
  • Coriander Leaf, Fresh – 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley, Fresh – 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato – 1 small – 2 2/5″ diameter
  • Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Lime Juice, Fresh – ½ tablespoon
  • Cucumber Seedless English – 1 x 1/4cup
  • Raw Hot Red Chili Peppers – ¼ pepper
  • Avocado – ¼ cup
