How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Season the pork loins with salt, pepper, garlic powder and the lime zest.

Step 2

Add the pork to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and completely cooked through. Slice each loin into 6 even strips.

Step 3

Divide the pork strips between the lettuce leaves.

Step 4

Top each with a half teaspoon of mustard. Tear over the cheese and ham and slice the dill pickles. Scatter over the pickles to serve.

  • Romaine Lettuce – 4 outerleaf
  • Mustard – 2 teaspoon
  • Deli Ham – 2 medium slice – 4 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ x 1/16″ – each 0.75 ounce
  • Pork Chops, Loin, Fresh, No Visible Fat Eaten – 2 chop
  • Swiss Cheese – 1 slice- each 3/4 ounce
  • Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Lime Zest – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic Powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Dill Pickles – 2 small – approx 2″ long
