How to Make It

Step 1

Add the erythritol, vanilla, salt and water to a small pan over a high heat. Bring up to a boil then simmer for 2-3 minutes to bubble and reduce for a few minutes.

Step 2

Remove the pan from the heat and add the almonds. Stir well, coating them in the syrup.

Step 3

Add the cocoa powder and cinnamon to a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.

Step 4

Tip the almonds into a mixing bowl and sprinkle over the cocoa mixture. Stir well to combine, coating the almonds in the powder. Set aside to cool and break up any large chunks once set and solidified.

  • Drinking Water – 3 tablespoon
  • Almonds, Raw – 1-¼ cup
  • Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened – 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon, Ground – 1 teaspoon

  • Salt, Sea Salt – ⅛ teaspoon
