How to Make It

Step 1

Chop the mushrooms, tomatoes, and mozzarella into chunky pieces. Toss all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Wrap the bowl and marinate for at least 6 hours. The longer you marinate, the greater the flavor! However, this dish can be eaten immediately if in a pinch.
