How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the beef, cooking until browned all over.

Step 2

Add the spices, stock and tomatoes and stir well to combine. Bring to a simmer, cooking until the liquid has reduced right down and the beef is cooked through.

Step 3

Divide the beef between two of the pitta breads, topping each with sour cream, grated cheese and sliced scallions.

  • Keto Pitta Bread – 2 servings
  • Sour Cream – 2 tablespoon
  • Cheddar Cheese, Natural – 2 tablespoon, grated
  • Scallions Or Spring Onions, Tops And Bulb, Raw – 1 medium – 4 1/8″ long
  • Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin, Ground – 1 teaspoon
  • Chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Spices Coriander Seed Or Ground – ½ tsp
  • Garlic, Powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Beef Broth, Bouillon Or Consomme, Ready-to-serve Can, Low Sodium – ¼ cup
  • Tomato, Canned – ¼ cup
