How to Make It

Step 1

Add the zucchini noodles to a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Roughly chop the spinach, basil and tomatoes and add to the mixing bowl along with the noodles. Tear the chicken and crumble the feta into the bowl.

Step 3

Season and stir well to combine.

Step 4

Drizzle over the olive oil and scatter with pine nuts to serve.

  • Basil, Fresh – ½ cup, whole pieces
  • Feta Cheese – ⅓ cup
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
