Preheat your oven to 350F/180C. Thoroughly wash the spinach and broccoli. Cut the broccoli into small florets, roughly chop the spinach, and mince the garlic. Add butter to a skillet over medium heat.
Add the broccoli and spinach and cook for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for one minute until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the mayonnaise and cream cheese and mix.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it evenly. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Transfer to the oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes. Divide into four portions and serve.
