Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thinly slice the mushrooms and arrange in an oven proof dish.
Crush the garlic and finely slice the herbs. Add to a small bowl with the melted butter, oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Drizzle the butter mixture over the mushrooms and stir to coat. Transfer to the oven to bake for 5 minutes.
Remove the part cooked mushrooms from the oven and scatter with the grated parmesan. Stir well to combine and transfer to the oven for a further 5 minutes until tender and golden.
