How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients to make a consistent mix for your chips. If you are using frozen prepared cauliflower rice, squeeze out excess liquid from the thawed rice before adding it to your mixing bowl.

Step 2

Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange 8 portions of 1 TB circles on the tray. Spread each circle out into a very thing disc.

Step 3

Bake the tray 12-15 minutes, until the cheese melts, bubbles, and turns to a orange-hued crisp.

  • Cheddar Cheese – 6 tablespoon, shredded
  • Salt – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper, Ground – ⅛ teaspoon
