How to Make It
Step 1
Drain the tofu noodles into a strainer and remove as much water as possible.
Step 2
Place noodles in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 1 minute on HIGH.
Step 3
Once noodles are hot, add in the rest of the ingredients. Stirring to melt the butter. Room temperature butter works best.
Step 4
Top with a little extra parm and black pepper as desired before serving.
