You have to forego many delicious things on the keto diet, but not buffalo wings! This recipe is for classic, delicious buffalo wings with a buttery and spicy hot sauce! You can use any hot sauce you would like, just be sure that all the ingredients are keto friendly and have no added sugars.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 450 F. Cut chicken wings on the joints to remove the tip and to separate the flat part of the chicken wing from the drums. Dry them well with a paper towel. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with kosher salt on both sides. You may want to use more or less salt depending on your preference.

Step 2

Place chicken wings in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Step 3

In the meantime, melt butter in a heatproof bowl. Add hot sauce and mix together.

Step 4

As soon as the wings come out of the oven, remove them to a large bowl and toss them with the hot sauce. Serve immediately!
