Start by making your dressing. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Set the dressing aside in your refrigerator for later.
Cook your bacon strips to a crisp over your stove. Set the bacon aside to cool, then chop into chunky pieces (or bacon bits at your discretion).
Hard boil an egg by boiling it in a pot of water for 12 minutes. Flash the hard boiled egg with cold water before peeling and slicing in half.
To arrange the salad, set your chopped lettuce on a plate. Top the lettuce off with halved grape tomatoes, chopped cucumber, and crumbled feta. Finally, add the bacon bits and egg.
Serve the salad with dressing on the side, or toss the salad in the dressing before serving.
