How to Make It
Step 1
Thinly slice the avocado, bell pepper, onion and olives. Add to a bowl with the arugula and roughly tear in the anchovies. Toss to combine.
Step 2
Peel and slice the hard boiled eggs and arrange in amongst the salad. Drizzle over the olive oil and toss gently to coat.
