This Keto béarnaise sauce is perfect poured over steak, vegetables, or poultry. It is easy to make, and this homemade version tastes even better than store-bought béarnaise sauce. This Keto sauce recipe is excellent for when you want to add an extra touch of flavor to your meals. It requires only a few ingredients and just a little patience to whip up.
Melt the butter and let it cool to room temperature before starting. Crack the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks. Place the egg yolks in a blender.
Add the melted butter, a drop at a time, into the egg yolks while blending. Once the sauce begins to thicken, continue gently drizzling the butter. Let the blender run while pouring the butter in a thin stream until all the butter is exhausted. Occasionally scrape down the blender to ensure the ingredients are well incorporated.
Add the white wine vinegar, onion powder, and tarragon in a small bowl. Once the egg yolks and butter are fully incorporated, add the tarragon mixture, salt, and black pepper.
Mix to combine. Transfer to an airtight container. Serve immediately.
