Slow cooked beef brisket is a great way of cooking up a large portion of meat that can be portioned out over several meals.

How to Make It

Step 1

Add the beef to the slow cooker. Add the paprika, celery salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Season with a little black pepper and use your hands to rub the seasonings all over the brisket.

Step 2

Add the BBQ sauce and beef stock to the slow cooker, smothering the brisket all over in the sauce.

Step 3

Turn the heat to low and cook for 8-10 hours until tender and you can shred the meat easily with a fork.

Step 4

Serve with our smokey slaw or a simple salad

  • Beef Brisket 3.5 pound
  • Low Carb BBQ Sauce 3 servings
  • Beef Stock Pot by Knorr 0.25 cup
  • Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika by Mccormick 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1 tsp
  • Spices Onion Powder 1 tsp
  • Celery Salt by Spice Supreme 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper ⅛ tsp
