Banana bread is one of the greatest comfort foods, but this version is even better because it is keto!

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 F. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, ground flax seeds and confectioner’s sugar together in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.

Step 2

Add in the eggs, extracts and olive oil. Pulse until smooth.

Step 3

Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes until the center of the loaf is cooked through. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before running a knife around the edges of the loaf and unmolding the loaf.

Step 4

Slice into 16 slices.

  • Almond Flour 1 cup
  • Baking Powder 2 teaspoon
  • Salt, Sea Salt ¼ teaspoon
  • Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal by Bob’s Red Mill 3 tbsp
  • The Ultimate Icing Sugar Replacement by Swerve ¾ cup
  • Raw Egg 6 large
  • Banana Extract 1 x 1 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 1-½ tablespoon
