Keto Balsamic Sprouts and Broccoli with Goats Cheese

How to Make It

Step 1

Thinly slice the sprouts, dice the broccoli into bite sized pieces and crush the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over a medium heat and add the broccoli, cooking for a minute, then add the sprouts, lemon zest and garlic. Season and stir well to combine. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Step 2

Add the syrup and balsamic and stir fry for a minute or two more until the vegetables are fork tender and golden at the edges.

Step 3

Crumble over the goats cheese and stir through the vegetables to serve.

  • Olive Oil – 2 tablespoon
  • Goat Cheese, Soft – 2 tablespoon
  • Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto – 2 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Brussels Sprouts, Raw – 1 cup
  • Broccoli Florets – 1 cups
  • Balsamic Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw – 1 tsp
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
