These little meatballs are packed with flavor! They are a staple in my weekly meal prep. Simply mix the ground meat with a few other ingredients, then bake and broil! Serve these with pickled veggies, cucumber

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. Mince the cilantro and green onion and add to a bowl. Use a microplane or grater to grate the garlic and ginger.

Step 2

Add the ground pork, soy sauce, erythritol, salt, rice wine vinegar and coconut flour to the bowl and mix.

Step 3

Form golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a parchment covered tray. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Turn on the broiler and broil them at 490 degrees for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the tops of the meatballs brown. Enjoy!

  • Ground Pork – 1 pound
  • Soy Sauce Made From Tamari – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Garlic Raw – 2 clove
  • Green Onions – 3 tablespoon
  • Cilantro – ¼ cup
  • 100% Pure Erythritol by Now – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Rice Wine Vinegar by Obento – ½ teaspoon
  • Organic Coconut Flour by Let’s Do Organic – 1 teaspoon
