How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Bunch the scallions together in pairs so you have four lots of two.
Step 3
Wrap one strip of bacon tightly around each pair of scallions. Arrange the bacon wrapped scallions across a shallow oven tray.
Step 4
Crush the garlic and sprinkle over the scallions along with the lemon zest, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Transfer to the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes or until the scallions are tender and the bacon is crisp and golden.
