Slice 20, ¼-inch thick slices of cucumber. Lay them out and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Prepare your filling by slicing 2 pieces of cooked bacon each into 5 pieces (10 total), slice 2 slices of turkey into 10 pieces each (20 total), and slice 10 pieces of cheese.
On 10 of the cucumber slices, arrange 2 pieces of turkey, 1 piece of bacon, and one piece of cheese on each.
Use the raining cucumber slices to sandwich your bites and secure with a toothpick. Enjoy!
