How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat a broiler in your oven on HIGH. Place two 1 oz slices of Keto Loaf Bread on a baking sheet. Broil for 3 minutes or until the toast has browned.

Step 2

In the meantime, mash a ripe avocado in a bowl with a fork.

Step 3

Top toast with mashed avocado.

Step 4

Top with sea salt and microgreens.
