This seasonal treat looks almost too spooky to eat! The deviled egg filling is turned green with fresh avocado and a pinch of wasabi for a little spice. Red bell pepper pose as “devil horns”, making this finger food all treat and no trick!Jessica L.

How to Make It

Step 1

Slice your boiled eggs in half and remove all the yolks, placing them in a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash together the yolks, about half an avocado, the wasabi, and salt until you have a smooth, green filling. At your discretion, you may add mayo or sour cream!

Step 2

Use either a pastry piping bag or a ziploc bag with a corner cut off to pipe the green filling back into the egg whites. Then, slice thin pieces of red bell pepper to create “devil horns” and slide them into the avocado filling. Refrigerate before serving!

  • Hard Boiled Egg – 4 large
  • Avocado – 1-¾ ounce
  • Wasabi by S&b – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – ⅛ teaspoon
  • Red Bell Peppers, Raw – ¼ ounce
