How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 400 F. While the oven is preheating, toss the asparagus in olive oil and kosher salt. Place the asparagus on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast the asparagus for 5 minutes.
Step 2
To a serving platter, add dollops of the creamy goat cheese.
Step 3
Top the cheese with the cooked asparagus and the lemon zest. Serve immediately.
