How to Make It

Step 1

De-seed the pepper and finely slice the scallions. Add to a food processor along with the mayonnaise, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, zest, apple cider vinegar and Parmesan.

Step 2

Blend until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoon
  • Scallions – 2 medium – 4 1/8″ long
  • Coriander Leaf, Fresh – 1-½ cup, chopped
  • Jalapeno Peppers, Raw – 1 regular – approx 2″ long
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Lime Juice, Fresh – 1 tablespoon
  • Lime Zest – 1 teaspoon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan Cheese – 1 tablespoon, grated
