How to Make It

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl until mixed well. Be sure to grate the garlic and the onion into the mixture.

Step 2

Continue mixing the meat until it has a give to it. Mixing the meat well will ensure the meatballs enough to hold together.

Step 3

Use a 1 oz cookie scoop to portion out the ground meat mixture. Form each scoop into a ball with your hands and place it into an air fryer basket with the rack fitted into the bottom.

Step 4

Cook the meatballs at 350 F for 12-13 minutes. Check the meatballs halfway through the cooking time, give them a shake, and then cook them for the rest of the allotted time. Finished meatballs should be browned on the outside and cooked all the way through. Serve immediately!

Ingredients

  • Hamburger or ground beef, 85% lean – 1 lb
  • Worcestershire sauce, low sodium – 2 tsp
  • Salt, sea salt – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 2 clove
  • Onion – 2 tbsp, chopped
  • Parsley – 1 tbsp
  • Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
