How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350F/180 C and keep a baking dish on standby. Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place the chicken in the baking dish. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter. Mince the garlic, finely chop the parsley, and add them to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Pour the garlic butter over the chicken. Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Sprinkle the cheese on top and return to the oven.

Step 4

Turn the broiler on to high and bake until the cheese is golden. Take the dish out of the oven and let the chicken cool for 10 minutes before handling. Serve with your preferred side dish.
