This Keto 3-ingredient pasta is one of the easiest Keto-friendly pasta recipes you’ll try! It combines three simple ingredients you probably already have in your fridge, or you can easily get them in your local store. This pasta requires some extra time in the refrigerator to dry out, but it only takes about 25 minutes of your work to prepare it. It will last for a couple of days in the fridge, making it a perfect recipe to prepare in advance. This pasta also pairs perfectly with your favorite Keto-friendly toppings, and it is one of those recipes the entire family will enjoy!

How to Make It

Step 1

Add the almond flour and egg yolks to a food processor. Process until thoroughly combined. You will get uniform, dry crumbs.

Step 2

Shred the mozzarella and add to a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese is completely melted. Remove from the microwave and stir well.

Step 3

Add the melted mozzarella to the flour mixture. Process again until a uniform dough forms. If necessary, scrape the sides and reposition the dough over the blade.

Step 4

Form the dough into a ball. If the dough is too sticky, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Place the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Roll out the dough until approximately 3mm (1/8 inch) thick. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and cut the dough into the desired shape.

Step 5

Place in the refrigerator to dry out for 8 hours. When ready to cook, boil a large pot of water. Add the pasta and cook pasta for 1 minute.

Step 6

Serve pasta immediately. It pairs perfectly with low-carb tomato sauce and crumbled feta cheese. Optionally, garnish with some parsley before serving.
