How to Make It
Step 1
Peel and deseed the avocado and slice it in half. Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for around 30 seconds, or until all the ice is completely crushed.
Step 2
Pour into a glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
