If you’re looking for a quick yet healthy tea recipe, this Keto lavender and mint tea with lemon is perfect for you. Dried mint is famous for a wide range of potential health benefits such as muscle pain, nausea, stomach and digestive problems, etc. When combined with calming lavander and some healthy lemon juice, this recipe is absolutely full of flavors and benefits.

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat water either on the stovetop or in a kettle to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the dried herbs. Soak for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Strain and discard the used herbs. Stir in the lemon juice and granulated sweetener of choice. Optionally, adjust the sweetener according to your taste.

Step 3

Pour the prepared tea into serving cups. Garnish with some sliced lemon and lavender. Serve immediately.
